Scott Wismont began his career as a travel advisor in 2015,
spending the next five years honing his expertise and expanding his network. In
2020, during the travel industrys pause, Wismont founded Rainbow Getaways, a
brand dedicated to LGBTQ+ travel.?
By 2022, Wismont welcomed his first independent contractor,
and over the past two years, has have grown Rainbow Getaways into a Travel
Network for LGBTQ+ travel advisors. The industry veteran is passionate about
helping other advisors and owners learn how to serve the LGBTQ+ community
effectively, and proudly contributes to my local ASTA chapter as a board
member.

Among his MANY other accomplishments, Scott has been
pivotal in helping us build Tern from the ground up, Terns Molly Johnson
said. He has spent dozens and dozens of hours sharing his workflows with us,
giving us feedback on beta features, and providing strategic insights on the
space.
He was there when Tern was just an idea, and has helped
shape it from nothing into the fastest growing platform for travel advisors in
the U.S., Johnson continued. It is really special that he takes so much time
out from his busy schedule to help us build the right things for advisors,
seeking nothing in return. I truly believe that if it werent for Scott, Tern
would not be what it was today.
