From gargantuan nachos stacked with zany toppings to hot dogs given a modern makeover, there's never been a more fun time to eat at the ballpark. Seemingly every year, stadiums around the country outdo themselves, and 2018 is no exception. The following are the best snacks to sink your teeth into at each MLB stadium this summer.

What makes these tater tots so special? For starters, the crispy potato pillows are slathered in a cheese sauce that has been infused with local Phoenix favorite Four Peaks Kilt Lifter Ale. Then, slices of ribeye, mushrooms, onions and sour cream are added to finish this masterpiece.

Bravo, Braves.

Fell's Point favorites Stuggy's are back at Camden Yards in 2018 and they are are bringing their Crab Mac and Cheese Dog with them. This ballpark frank comes with a generous helping of baked macaroni and cheese chunked with crab on top and-because this is Baltimore-there's also a generous dusting of Old Bay Seasoning.

The Fenway Frank has been a Boston fan favorite for decades and you certainly won't go wrong sinking your teeth into one of these classic ballpark dogs this year, but come on, the Sox have got Lobster Nachos! Yes, this year, juicy lobster meat will be teamed up with tortilla chips and cheese for a tasty twist on a ballpark staple.

Next to deep-dish pizza, the Chicago-style hot dog is probably the most revered Windy City delicacy. This bad boy uses it as inspiration but swaps out the dog for pickle-brined breaded chicken thighs. The thighs are then served up on an onion roll and topped with tempura sport peppers, tomatoes and a dab of dill aioli.

The White Sox may currently be standing in the Cubs shadow in the Chicago sports world, but this delicacy is destined for a championship. The Southside Horseshoe is a "hamburger" patty made out of Italian-style sausage that is served up on Texas Toast with Giardiniera and french fries. Oh, and just for good measure, a Modelo Beer cheese sauce is poured on top.

Goetta is synonymous with Cincy and this burger puts this Queen City specialty on a pedestal. They start with a patty of German-flavored ground meat and oats (goetta) and then top it with some melting Swiss cheese before serving it all on a pretzel bun-another delicious nod to Cincinnati's German heritage.

Flamin' Hot Cheetos feature in more than one 2018 ballpark bite, perhaps most spectacularly in Cleveland. The Flamethrower has a base of pulled pork and pork belly, which are then topped with bacon jam, green apple slaw and layers of addictive Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

New Orleans food is having a moment right now and at Coors Field in Colorado, you will find NOLA Po' Boys stuffed with local Rocky Mountain Oysters. Assuming you are brave enough to try fried bull testicles in the first place, you'll also find guacamole, garlic slaw, ranch with green chili, salsa and crumbly cotija cheese as an accompaniment.

"The D" is acclaimed for its Coneys and famous for its pizza, so the Tigers just figured they would go ahead and combine the two. This extravagant mashup starts with a Detroit-style pizza which has had its tomato sauce swapped out for chili. Then, the pizza is topped with cheese, mustard, onions, and sliced hot dogs.

At the home of the World Champion Astros, Texas favorite Torchy's Tacos is putting its spin on hot dogs. The .45 Express is a dog covered with Flamin' Hot Cheetos, queso sauce, sour cream, and pico de gallo all wrapped in a tortilla instead of a bun. (Hey, they're the champs, they can do whatever they want.)

Even at the ballpark, there's a way to get your fix of barbecue in Kansas City. This creamy macaroni and cheese is topped with succulent pork belly that has been slathered in Kansas City's own Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce. Then, it is dusted with some crispy-fried shallots.

Most other years, you might not expect to find Moroccan-inspired bites at the ballpark, but this is 2018 and this stadium is in Southern California. These tasty wings are coated with chermoula (herb sauce loaded with garlic and coriander) before being painted with pomegranate molasses and spiked with Aleppo pepper.

Excellent elotes are everywhere in Los Angeles, so instead of trying to compete with the city's street vendors, the Dodgers went in a whole different direction. A flamin' hot one. Yes, they are encrusting an elote with Flamin' Hot Cheetos at Chavez Ravine, and then they are drizzling some spicy mayo on for good measure.

The Taste of Miami section of Marlins Park has been serving up local favorites for several years now and ceviche is back on the menu in 2018. This unique take on the Peruvian delicacy is stacked with marinated fish, creamy leche de tigre, corn and sweet potato-the perfect way to cool down on a steamy Miami day.

Paying homage to the Polish heritage of Milwaukee, The Brewers are now serving up pierogies. You can get them stuffed with Polish Sausage (a classic) or order them filled with potato and cheese but topped with a creamy parmesan garlic sauce and slices of Polish sausage. Either way, pair your pierogies up with an ice cold beer and you are all set.

Local Twin Cities outfit Hot Indian Foods has made a tremendous first impression on fans at Target Field with its line of specialties inspired by flavors from the subcontinent. While the standout Tofu Vindaloo is vegan, you won't miss the meat at all when the spices wash over your taste buds.

You may be sitting square in the middle of New York City watching the Mets play, but that doesn't mean you can't pretend to be high in the mountains of Europe, right? Sure, and that's where the new Alpine Brat comes in. This delicious footlong bratwurst is blanketed in gooey Swiss raclette cheese and served up on a soft, artisanal baguette.

The Yankees are always in the market a big name free agent and this year they have landed a big fish: King's Hawaiian. The Hawaiian bakery with the cult-like following contributes their sweet bun to the Sweet Pineapple BBQ Kalua Pork Sandwich which is topped with soy sauce-infused red cabbage slaw.

Impossible Burgers are the much-ballyhooed vegan burger that actually "bleeds". They just so happen to be made in Oakland, so this was a match made in heaven. Fans can get their hands on Impossible Burgers diced up in French Onion-inspired sliders or covered with bacon, egg and ghost pepper cheese.

If you are like most travelers to Philadelphia, you will take down plenty of meat-based delicacies during your time in the city. So why not spend one night without the meat sweats? That's where the this "cheesesteak" comes in and its made of roasted cauliflower, poblano peppers, onions, and vegan cheese.

Apparently, unlike in Milwaukee, pierogies on their own just won't cut it in Pittsburgh. In light of this fact, the Pirates went ahead and piled a few potato-and-cheese-stuffed pierogies on a hoagie and then (wait for it) topped it off with pulled pork and crispy onions.

Taking down a Friar Frank is a longstanding tradition in foodie San Diego and this year, you can enjoy a few modern takes on the classic stadium dog. The Gilroy Garlic Fry stand at AT&T Park is the stuff of legends. These fresh-fried fries are drowned in oil, parsley and garlic from Gilroy, California (the "garlic capital of the world") and no foodie baseball fan's trip to the Bay Area is complete without downing a portion (or three) of these frites.

Legendary Taiwanese dumpling purveyors Din Tai Fung have landed at Safeco Field and they will be serving up all sorts of delicacies in the International Wok section of the park. Pork wontons and traditionally-steamed bao buns filled with pork (or vegetarian fillings) are two of their tastiest options.

Prefer your stadium sausage sliced and slathered with a sticky, flavor-packed sauce? The St. Louis Cardinals have you covered. Simply step up to the stand, select your sauce (Whiskey Peppercorn is a standout) and then watch your sausage get diced before your eyes and drizzled with the sauce of your choice.

The Rays are really putting an emphasis on local food and drink purveyors this year and the firecracker shrimp from St. Petersburg's RumFish Grill are surely one of the best offerings. This basket of lip-burning breaded shrimp pairs perfectly with a local craft beer.

The pride of Bologna, Italy doesn't get near enough love in foodie circles nowadays, but the Rangers are doing their best to put everyone's favorite childhood lunch meat on the comeback trail. The Triple B includes thick slices of bologna alongside brisket and bacon all bathing in some sticky-sweet barbecue sauce.

The Blue Jays have brought out the big guns. This summer at Rogers Centre in Toronto, you will be able to sink your teeth into the wacky-and-wonderful Log Cabin Waffle Sandwich. This behemoth stars rosemary-infused waffles cradling pulled pork, cheese curds and maple syrup-kissed baked beans.

These scrumptious soft pretzels have a dedicated following in DC and they are back in 2018-with a couple new twists. Decadent dipping sauces like chipotle-honey mustard and cinnamon sugar cream cheese have been added to the menu and are the perfect compliment to the classic flavors of the Philadelphia-style pretzels.
