Nevada - The Colosseum, Las Vegas
29/51A precedent-setting, 4,200-seat arena, The Colosseum was rebuilt and renamed in 2000 when organizers came up with the idea of a residency-performers who played for weeks and months at a time, starting with Celine Dion. The Colosseum is famous for this, having also had acts such as Elton John and Shania Twain perform residencies, but it does host shorter stints and single shows.
