Humans, by nature, are creatures of habit-and children more than most! If your kids are used to eating at certain times, make sure they have a snack for those times, even if it's in the middle of a tour or you're on a plane. If you do a certain routine at bedtime, don't stop that routine at the resort. You want to "
get away from it all" to relax, I get it. But, for your kids to truly relax, they might need some of "it all" to come along.
