Cruise Planners has unveiled its 2025 training programs.
The travel agency franchise network aims to help travel advisors improve their marketing and sales skills with more than 25 in-person training opportunities throughout the year.
“We are excited to offer an incredible array of in-person events for our valued advisors in 2025,” said Michelle Fee, founder and chief executive officer of Cruise Planners. “This year, we're introducing new training initiatives that reinforce our commitment to ongoing education and professional growth. These events will give our agents the chance to connect, collaborate and stay at the forefront of this ever-evolving industry.”
For example, travelers can learn more about the art of selling river cruises during a new “River Cruise Academy” held on Tauck’s MS Savor before the ASTA River Cruise Expo in Vienna, Austria in March.?
Another new offering is called “R & R – Refresh and Reboot,” and it’s designed for franchisees who want to enhance their marketing, business operations and systems. Cruise Planners will also host boot camps to prepare for the 2025 travel season, tech days, sales academies, summits and a luxury forum, among others.
