their first Clipper to fly under their name?in a number of years. Pan Am Airways clipper names can be suggested on
their website?and the chosen
name will be announced on June 17, 2025.?
The name will be unveiled on the fuselage prior to departure
of the 12-day
private jet journey with stops and included accommodations in Bermuda,
Portugal, France, England and Ireland. The journey is limited to 50 people and lasts
from June 16 through June 28, 2025 starting at JFK International Airport. Limited
availability remains with roundtrip prices at $59,950 per person based on twin
occupancy and $65,500 for single occupancy.
The Pan Am private air program is operated by Bartelings, a
company specializing in worldwide tours by private aircraft, and Criterion
Travel, who develop and operate tours and cruises for U.S. affinity
organizations.?
Craig Carter, CEO of Pan American World Airways and owner of
Pan Am Brands, explains that their tradition of naming their planes clippers
has been in place since the 1800s with fast sailing boats of the same name. As
we re-introduce the iconic Pan Am brand through private jet experiences,
carrying on this naming tradition will both pay homage to Pan Am and provide a
platform for countless individuals with connections to the storied brand to
share their memories.?
