Sun Country Airlines?has announced that it will be increasing its seasonal service to the U.S. Virgin Islands from MinneapolisCSt. Paul International Airport (MSP)?to?Cyril E. King Airport (STT)?in St. Thomas.?
For the winter and spring 2026 travel season, the route will expand from one flight to two flights weekly.
The expanded service will operate on?Saturday and Sunday?from?December 13, 2025, to?April 12, 2026, providing greater accessibility for Midwestern travelers seeking sun-soaked, passport-free vacations in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Sun Country isnt the only airline adding flights to the U.S. Virgin Islands. This announcement followed a previous one from Cape Air that said the airline is enhancing its inter-Caribbean connectivity. Taken together, air travel to and within the Caribbean will be much easier for travelers.?
