In honor of moms
everywhere, celebrated high-speed intercity rail provider, Brightline,
is running a special deal with up to half-off train Smart and Premium fares
between Orlando and South Florida this Mother's Day weekend.
The promotion, which
is available for booking through May 12, extends to trips starting or ending in
Orlando on select dates through June 30. To take advantage of the discount,
travelers need to book their tickets at least seven days in advance and apply
the promo code ※ALLMOMS§ during checkout. However, keep in mind that this offer
excludes train trips taken on Fridays and Sundays.
※Celebrating moms
of all kinds〞mom, work mom, abuela, bonus mom, mom-in-law, moms deserve the
world, so the offering helps her explore with Brightline this summer,§ the rail
company said in a statement share with Travel
+ Leisure.
Bargains being
offered over the next few days include Smart fare-type tickets for as low as $39
and Premium fare-type tickets for as low as $89.
To further enhance
the Mother's Day festivities, Brightline is also hosting a series of pop-up
events at its stations. For instance, travelers can enjoy a Whispering Angel
wine tasting or Pink Paloma tasting at its MiamiCentral Station on May 10.
Similarly, there's a Mimosa and Paloma event scheduled on May 12 at the
Orlando, West Palm Beach and MiamiCentral stations.
Since its launch
in 2018, Brightline has been connecting West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami,
and later expanded its route to include Miami and Orlando. Additionally, the
company intends to introduce a new station on the Treasure Coast in Stuart,
Florida, by the second half of 2026.
Passengers
traveling aboard Brightline trains can select either Smart or Premium fare
types, with Premium fares offering such bonuses as access to a dedicated lounge
at departure stations, priority boarding, checked luggage services, and
complimentary snacks and beverages. Plus, all Brightline trains provide free
onboard Wi-Fi for everyone.
