The new Four Seasons Yacht fleet is now one step closer to reality: Last month, shipbuilders in Italy cut steel for the inaugural luxury vessel, which is expected to set sail by the end of 2025.
Hospitality leaders from Four Seasons and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd. gathered at Fincantieri Shipyard in Ancona, Italy, for the steel-cutting ceremony on Nov. 29. The symbolic event marked the start of construction for the first Four Seasons vessel, a luxury yacht scheduled for delivery in November 2025.???
"We are officially on our way to creating this 'category of one' Four Seasons Yacht and this ceremonial start button will forever be remembered as a beloved milestone in this elegant vessel's history, said Larry Pimentel, president and chief executive officer of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts.?
Four Seasons and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd. announced the new fleet of yachts in September 2022 and selected Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri to build the first vessel. In June 2023, the collaborators ordered a second luxury yacht from Fincantieri thats expected to launch sometime in 2026.
The high-end yachts will feature 95 residential-style suites spread across 14 decks. Suites will start at an average of 581 square feet, though some will be much larger.?
The largest accommodationcalled the Funnel Suitewill span more than 9,500 square feet across four levels. Guests who book that suite will have access to a personal wading pool and a private spa; theyll also be able to enjoy panoramic views from the floor-to-ceiling curved glass window, which is made from the largest contiguous piece of glass at sea, according to the company.?

The ships will also have 11 restaurants and bars, a full-service spa and salon and a 66-foot saltwater pool that can transform into an outdoor event and performance space.
When the first vessel launches in 2025, Four Seasons Yachts plans to offer winter and spring itineraries in the Caribbean, followed by trips in the Mediterranean in the summer. During the first season, the company plans to visit 137 destinations in 33 countries. Most cruises will last seven days, though travelers can book three back-to-back itineraries for a total of 21 days of unique stops.
The company is offering its inaugural sailings to past Four Seasons guests and travel partners by invitation only. All other guests must join an online waitlist.
