MSC Cruises has officially opened bookings for its latest World Class ship, MSC World Asia, which is set to launch in December 2026.
This highly anticipated vessel will offer guests an immersive cruising experience in the Western Mediterranean, with both winter and summer itineraries featuring stops in some of the regions most sought-after destinations.
Beginning December 11, 2026, MSC World Asia will embark on seven-night sailings throughout the winter season, calling at Barcelona (Spain); Marseille (France); Genoa, Civitavecchia (for Rome), and Messina (Italy); and Valletta (Malta). Each of these ports will offer accessible embarkation, making the journey more inclusive to all types of travelers.

Then, for summer 2027, the ship will adjust its itinerary slightly, visiting Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Naples, Messina and Valletta on a weekly rotation.
As the third ship in MSCs World Class seriesjoining MSC World Europa and the upcoming MSC World AmericaMSC World Asia will continue the brands tradition of innovation and global reach. The ship will be powered by liquified natural gas (LNG), in line with MSC Cruises commitment to sustainability.
Designed to blend contemporary style with subtle Asian-inspired elements, the ship will feature MSCs signature plumb bow, which rises vertically from the waterline, and a distinctive Y-shaped aft leading to an expansive outdoor promenade. Guests can expect more than 40 bars, lounges and restaurants, as well as world-class entertainment and family-friendly facilities.

Bookings for MSC World Asia are now open, with exclusive benefits available for MSC Voyagers Club members who book before February 13, 2025. These include:
- 1,000 extra membership points
- $50 onboard credit per person
- Additional Voyagers Exclusives benefits, such as a five percent plus five percent discount for bookings made more than 12 months in advance, double membership points and a $50 onboard credit for Silver status members
