Amid the ongoing Houthi rebel attacks in the Red Sea, Seabourn is modifying the spring 2025 itineraries for its ship Seabourn Encore.
The 600-passenger vessel was supposed to sail west from Asia to Europe through the Red Sea. However, to keep guests and crew members safe, it will head east instead. The vessel will cover nearly 20,000 nautical miles from Singapore to Dubrovnik, sailing through two oceans and stopping at destinations on four continents.?
Seabourn Encores new spring 2025 itineraries include voyages in Southeast Asia, Japan, Hawaii, the Panama Canal and the Mediterranean between March and May. In total, the ship will visit 36 destinations in 18 countriesincluding 18 maiden calls for the ship. The vessel will sail through the Panama Canal for the first time and will also make its first-ever visit to the United States.
The updated itineraries range from seven to 25 days long and can be combined to create longer journeys of up to 53 days. Guests will have an opportunity to explore many cities at night, as the vessel will make overnight stops in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Kobe, Japan; and Honolulu, Hawaii; among others.
Travelers who book by November 19 can save 10 percent off the revised itineraries.
"We are pleased to offer these new and exciting voyages on our beautiful Seabourn Encore to visit and explore a diverse range of destinations," says Natalya Leahy, president of Seabourn. "We hope guests will take advantage of our special offer and join Seabourn Encore as she sails to a number of destinations for the very first time."
