Still looking for a bucket list-worthy trip to book this year? Consider this itinerary from Global Travel Collection: an 8-day sailing along the coast of France and Italy, capped off with a front-row seat at the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix.
Global Travel Collection, the luxury arm of the travel advisor network Internova Travel Group, shared details of the new itinerary this week.
The journey, scheduled for May 20-27, starts on Atlas Ocean Voyages newest luxury yacht, World Traveller. The 196-guest vessel will set sail from Nice, France, before proceeding on to Antibes and Saint-Tropez. Then, the ship will cross the Mediterranean and visit ports in Italy, including Livorno, Portovenere and Portofino.?
On May 26race daythe ship will dock in Menton, France, which is located about 20 minutes from Monaco. At the race, guests will enjoy a full gourmet lunch with Champagne and wine and a question-and-answer session with a former Formula 1 driver. Theyll also have access to a car simulator, a nail bar and a chair massage, all while listening to a live band.?
Cruisers will watch the race from the historic Princess Grace Dance Academy, which will be transformed into a VIP spectating venue.
