Building on strong demand for 2024 and 2025 sailings, Viking has opened bookings early for its 2026 ocean voyages. Starting today, travelers and travel advisors can make reservations for the more than 80 itineraries offered across the companys growing fleet.
The cruise line also announced sailings for its newest ocean vessel, Viking Vesta, which is set to debut in July 2025. The 998-guest vessel will spend her first season sailing around Scandinavia and in the Mediterranean. The company will also welcome Viking Vela to its fleet in December.?
After the launch of Viking Vesta next year, Viking will have 11 ocean ships on the water. The line also has two sister expedition ships, Viking Polaris and Viking Octantis, that sail to Antarctica and the Great Lakes.
The company also shared details about six new pre- and post-cruise extensions it will offer in 2024 and 2025. These guided add-ons are becoming increasingly popular among cruises, with more than 45 percent of Vikings guests choosing to book a pre- or post-cruise trip. The new itineraries are in Barcelona, Istanbul, London, Rome, Stockholm and Venice.
Last month, Viking also opened its 2026 river cruise bookings early.?

Vikings 2026 ocean voyages will visit destinations in the Mediterranean, Scandinavia, the British Isles, the Caribbean and more.
