Disney has revealed new details regarding its highly-anticipated Tiana's Bayou Adventure attraction opening at both Florida's Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland in California in 2024.
Tianas Bayou Adventure will open at Disney World's Magic Kingdom theme park this summer before making its debut at Disneyland Park in California later this year.

The new attraction, which replaces the parks' Splash Mountain rides, promises to "dig a little deeper" into Princess Tiana's story following the events of the hit Disney film The Princess and the Frog.
Taking inspiration from Tiana's home in New Orleans, the attraction will showcase authentic Big Easy artistry in the form of artwork from Louisiana artist Malaika Favorite and an original metalwork weathervane from third-generation master blacksmith Darryl Reeves and his apprentice Karina Roca.
Guests can also look forward to the delicious scent of beignets frying as if they were strolling the French Quarter while they wait in line.
Tiana's Bayou Adventure will also feature dozens of entirely new Audio-Animatronics figures. In addition to Princess Tiana, Louis and Mama Odie, guests may encounter Eudora, Charlotte, Prince Ralphie and Prince Naveen, among others.

Music will feature heavily in the attraction as friendly critters including an otter, a rabbit, a raccoon, a beaver and turtles sing and play instruments. Music will include zydeco and other types of sounds authentic to New Orleans.
The attraction will also boast new, original music in addition to favorites from the film developed in collaboration with award-winning artists PJ Morton and Terence Blanchard. Familiar voices will include Bruno Campos as Prince Naveen, Jenifer Lewis as Mama Odie, Michael Leon Wooley as Louis and Anika Noni Rose as Princess Tiana.
