Travel agents are always looking to give their clients a taste of what they can expect on vacation, and Google Maps is here to help.
Selling Disney is an important part of any travel agent's repertoire, and now they will be able to showcase what the Florida and California theme parks have to offer via the Google Street View in Google Maps.
Google Street View now offers travelers 360-degree virtual walking tours throughout Disneyland and Disney World, and the new panoramic maps sync with VR headsets to further enhance the experience.
Tourists looking to understand what Disney is all about will be able to explore the Magic Kingdom, the Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, California Adventure, Pandora: The World Of Avatar, Disney Springs, Downtown Disney and more.
The virtual walking tours will give clients the chance to see which parks they'd like to visit while still in the comfort of their own home. Travel agents now have a better edge in selling Disney than ever before.
Last month, officials announced admission prices for Disney World and Disneyland would be on the rise. The change to peak, regular and value tickets, as well as annual passes for residents and non-residents, came just days after the company announced record-breaking attendance at the Orlando theme park.
