Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) announced a
new year-round horror experience coming to Las Vegas in 2025, dubbed Universal
Horror Unleashed.
From the creators of Halloween Horror Nights, a darkened
warehouse on the edge of Las Vegas will be transformed into a year-round, fully
immersive horror experience across four haunted houses.
Universal Horror Unleashed will boast attractions based on The
Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Scarecrow: The Reaping and Blumhouses The Exorcist:
Believer. Universal officials describe the haunted houses as not for the faint
of heart.
Universals rich history in the creation of the horror
genre drove our desire to bring a year-round horror experience to the
incredible entertainment offerings in Las Vegas, UDX President of New
Ventures, Page Thompson, said. Were thrilled to have our award winning
Creative and Entertainment teams working tirelessly to bring these terrors to
life in 2025.
In addition to the haunted houses, Universal Horror
Unleashed unveiled four immersive themed areas, featuring live entertainment
experiences. Travelers can enjoy eateries and bars serving horror-centric food
and drink offerings, as well as seasonal events and one-of-a-kind merchandise.

Universal Horror Unleashed was first announced in 2023 as part
of the companys plan to introduce new products to additional markets. The attraction
is set to become the anchor tenant in the 20-acre expansion of AREA15, an
immersive entertainment district in Las Vegas.?
Earlier this week, Universal Orlando Resort unveiled
new details for the all-new Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein
Experiment attraction at Dark Universe, one of the five worlds coming to
Universal Epic Universe in 2025.
