AIC Hotel Group is launching a new luxury all-inclusive brand – AVA – whose first property, the AVA Resort Cancun, is scheduled to open its doors in summer 2024.
Featuring guestrooms, suites and villas facing the water, the resort will also boast “a high-tech NFT Bar, a sustainable 2.8-acre AVA Bay powered by Crystal Lagoons technology and luxurious amenities,” said AIC Hotel Group, whose portfolio includes Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, UNICO 20?87? in Riviera Maya, Eden Roc Miami Beach and all-inclusive Hard Rock resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean.
“As the travel industry continues to rapidly evolve, we knew that our next project needed to seamlessly bridge the last few gaps left in the all-inclusive market,” said AIC Hotel Group Vice President of Sales and Marketing Ash Tembe.
“AVA Resort Cancun does just that by bringing the most memorable aspects of a vacation to one place, coupled with some of the most exclusive experiences and programming that a luxury resort can offer. It really is a playground for vacationers of all ages.”
In all, the property will feature 17 dining options, including a teppanyaki grill, a Mexican street food cantina and a five-star French restaurant; a wide range of bars, craft cocktail lounges and nightlife venues; kids and teens clubs; and wellness facilities measuring 22,000 square feet.
AVA Resort Cancun is being designed by Cancun-based Boris Pena Architects.
It is located 10 minutes from the Cancun International Airport, which is undergoing a massive renovation this year.
