Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Kaila Companies, is bringing the Fairmont brand back to New Orleans in 2025 with the opening of the Fairmont New Orleans, located in the Central Business District as part of the redevelopment of 1010 Common
Street.?
1010 Common Street, formerly the Bank of New Orleans Building, was completed in 1971 and was originally designed by the same architects who designed New Yorks One World Trade Center and Chicagos Willis Tower.
Its currently listed on
the National Register of Historic Places and is 31 stories high.?Fairmont New Orleans will have 18 stories of the building, with 210 luxury guest rooms and 40 suites, three food and drink venues, including a rooftop bar, a full-service spa and a swimming
pool.

For weddings, business gatherings and other events, the hotel will offer over 20,000 square feet.
