residential offerings, announcing plans to develop Four Seasons Residences at its
existing property, The Ocean Club, on Paradise
Island in Nassau,
Bahamas.
The project will be undertaken in collaboration with U.S.-based Two Roads
Development and Access Real Estate.
Expected to open
in 2027, this exclusive oceanfront enclave on illustrious Paradise Island
promises 67 meticulously crafted Private Residences managed by Four Seasons adjacent
to the existing The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort. Coinciding with the
iconic Ocean Club's 60th anniversary, these Residences will present an

from expansive two-bedroom, 3,124-square-foot layouts to sprawling five-bedroom,
7,459-square-foot beach villas, each residence boasts oceanfront or oceanview vistas,

entertaining. Each homes open floorplan features top-tier fixtures, fittings and
