Fiesta Americana Cancun has announced the addition of three brand-new
restaurants at their award-winning all-inclusive resort.
Steak House Havannah Club, Torii Pacific Rim and Chianti
Italian Trattoria will join the myriad of other dining options available at the
resort.
Located just off the main lobby and within 40,000 square
feet of reclaimed space, each of the three new restaurants has been constructed
and designed with the utmost attention to detail. A sleek glass elevator
transports guests to an elegantly decorated lounge and bar, where they can
enjoy a cocktail and relax before or after their meal.?
Throughout the years, Coral Beach has adapted to meet, and
hopefully exceed, the needs of our guests, said Alberto Gurrola, Managing

When the hotel transitioned to a luxury all-inclusive model in 2020, we
recognized the need for more dining options.

luxury all-inclusive offerings.
Havannah Club Steakhouse & Lounge
Coral Reefs new Argentinian Havanna Club Steak House &
Lounge was designed to evoke a sexy supper club atmosphere. Featuring nightly
dinner tango shows, Havanna transforms into an exciting nightclub after dark.
With seating for 130 guests, the restaurant features
made-to-order Argentinean cuts seared on a Basque-style grill utilizing locally
sourced wood. The menu includes large, sharable plates, in addition to
steakhouse classics such as Oysters Rockefeller, Angus quality grilled cuts to
include filet mignon, rib eyes, Kurobuta pork chops and rack of lamb.
Traditional, shareable sides include roasted asparagus,
creamed spinach, wild mushrooms, mac and cheese and rib-eye chicharron.
Premium offerings of a Tomahawk, Kansas City Strip steak,
Porterhouse and Caribbean Lobster can be savored for an additional charge.
Torii Pacific Rim
Offering seating for 120 guests, this modern, creative, and
immersive Asian fusion dining guest experience boasts an elegant sushi bar and
eight Teppanyaki tables.
Guests seated at the sushi bar can watch chefs prepare
traditional fresh favorites such as nigiri and temaki and kampachi sashimi with
jalape?o, miso crispy rice with spicy tuna and wakame.
The ever-popular chef omakase experience at the Teppanyaki
tables offers its own nightly form of entertainment and a menu that includes
miso soup, fried rice and a protein of choice. Add-ons such as Wagyu A5,
lobster and sea urchin can be added for an additional charge.
The Pacific Rim menu also features a variety of tempuras and
dishes such as Szechuan Beef, Kung Pao Chicken and Pad Thai.
Guests will also enjoy performances that include an ancient
Japanese drum ceremony, a traditional Chinese lion dance and a time-honored
sake ritual performed to usher in good luck, fortune and prosperity.
Chianti Italian Trattoria
Diners can savor the flavors of Italys most celebrated
cuisine as live tenors transport them to the rolling hills of the Italian
countryside at the new 130-seat ristorante, Chianti.
In classic Italian style, the menu begins with a first
course or primo, such as a Tuscan salad, roasted beets with creamy Jococoque,
or an antipasto with prosciutto and melon, bruschetta, and Sicilian style
arancini.
Secondi dishes include fresh homemade pasta such as creamy
goat cheese gorgonzola ravioli, spaghetti carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and a
rotation of daily risottos.
Finally, desserts offer the restaurants interpretation of
tiramisu or a cleanse-your-palate gelato.
