Iberostar is strengthening its urban developments with a new property in Portugal.
The brand's first in the country, Iberostar Lisboa offers a luxury experience in the heart of Portugal's capital city. It's the hotel's seventh hotel in an urban environment, with properties already opened in major U.S. cities such as Miami and New York.
The hotel was designed by Capinha Lopes studio, using modern, contemporary and sophisticated architecture that complements its urban digs.
The majority of the hotel's 166 rooms are double rooms. There is also a royal suite, two suites, eight junior suites and two rooms for guests with reduced mobility.
The property also features high-end dining and drinking options as well as a spa and meetings and events spaces.
Guests can experience the flavors of Portugal at Chef Jorge Fernandes' Luz restaurant, which offers a breakfast buffet as well as la carte selections of Portuguese specialties and a selection of international dishes during the day.
The Boalma Lobby Bar is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a long day of meetings or sightseeing. Guests can also enjoy the Pool Bar with views of hotel's unique vertical gardens.
The wellness center, Spa Sensations, offers massages and facial treatments as well as a fitness center, hairdressing, a sauna, Turkish bath, biothermal shower, solarium, indoor swimming pool, whirlpool bath and more.
There is ample business space at the property, making it ideal for meetings and incentive groups. Guests will have access to a business center, seven conference rooms, ballroom and more.
Iberostar plans to continue its urban expansion in the future with hotels in the world's leading tourist capitals, located in eye-catching architectural spaces.
