Solmar Agent Expert allows advisors to easily manage client reservations. It is a one-stop shop for hotel packages and hotel-only options. With the new platform, it's simple to retrieve client reservation details and track performance with a full online reporting dashboard and more.
To get started, agents need to register with Solmar, giving them access to everything that they need to generate bookings, update reservations and enhance their clients' stays.
Travel agents also have access to a generous commission structure:
-Book 1 to 29 room nights and earn 10 percent commission
-Book 30 to 59 room nights and earn 15 percent commission
-Book 60 to 90-plus room nights and earn 18 percent commission
Clients can take advantage of several new upgrades at the resort complex once they are there.
There are new dining options. Enjoy the Lagoon Bar, a casual, outdoor option for those who want to dine by the pool.
Aqua Grill & Bar offers outdoor dining with views of the ocean. The Market & Deli Cafe offers food to go for those who grab a quick bite or take a meal back to their room.
It's even easier for guests at Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa to enjoy all of the culinary options during their vacation. Those seeking a seamless holiday experience can now choose an all-inclusive rate.
A meal plan can also be added during a stay for $99 per person, per day. This option requires a minimum use of three consecutive days.
