Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando is slated to open in Kissimmee, Florida in 2026 through a partnership with Lion Star Hospitality Inc., Everest Place and Paramount, the trio announced Thursday.
The property will be located in the 220-acre Everest Place complex and operated by Lion Star, which is the exclusive U.S. licensee for Karisma Hotels & Resorts.
Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will feature more than 400 hotel rooms and condo units (for purchase) with unique themes, including suites inspired by iconic characters. In addition to luxe family-friendly amenities, the resort will offer guests the chance to interact with Nickelodeon's most beloved franchises, including SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Dora and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Dining options will include Le Spatula (inspired by SpongeBob's trusty spatula) and Mikey's Pizzeria (inspired by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' favorite food).?There'll also be a Snick Lounge with games, sports, live music and the iconic Big Orange Couch.
Other highlights will include an Aqua Nick water park, Club Nick, Nick retail shops and character meet and greets.
