International Hotels Corporation has announced the execution of 31 new
franchise agreements during the first half of 2025 along with 10 new hotel openings
showcasing the companys global expansion and growth strategy.

In spite of the macroeconomic and political headwinds that
started the year, Sonesta's ongoing franchise expansion highlights its success

which appeals to hotel owners during times of uncertainty.
