Atlantis Paradise Island has just unveiled its all-star lineup for the 2025 Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival (NPIWFF), set to take place from March 12 to 16, 2025. This highly anticipated annual event promises a feast for the senses, featuring world-renowned chefs, master sommeliers, mixologists, TV personalities and musical performances by award-winning artists, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of The Bahamas.
This year’s festival brings together an impressive roster of celebrity chefs, including Bobby Flay, José Andrés, Kardea Brown, Michael Symon, Katie Lee, Alon Shaya, JJ Johnson and Michael White. Alongside them, acclaimed master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim will shake up the beverage scene with expertly crafted cocktails. The festivities will feature walk-around tasting events, live cooking classes and demos, and intimate chef-led happy hours, lunches and dinners.?
Now in its third year, the annual NPIWFF will also feature exclusive live performances by Grammy Award-winning group Baha Men at Tacos & Tequila. Jamaican-American reggae singer?Shaggy, who has himself won multiple?Grammy Awards, will also join the entertainment lineup for a late-night performance at the Festival's signature Jerk Jam.

- Jerk Jam – A signature celebration of the iconic Caribbean flavor, hosted by JJ Johnson and Kardea Brown, featuring a special performance by acclaimed reggae artist Shaggy.
- Tacos & Tequila – A vibrant fiesta with gourmet tacos and top-shelf tequila, hosted by Michael Symon?and Tony Abou-Ganim, accompanied by live music from Grammy-winning Bahamian band Baha Men.
- Taste of Paradise – The festival’s signature tasting event, showcasing an array of culinary delights from local and international chefs, including Bobby Flay, and local Bahamian restaurants like?Julie Lightbourne's?Sip Sip and McKenize's Conch Shack.
- Wine Dinner with Bobby Flay – A rare opportunity to enjoy an intimate, wine-paired dinner with the celebrity chef at the resort’s Ocean’s Edge bluff.
- Conch Tales with José Andrés – A deep dive into sustainable practices for local seafood and Bahamian conch traditions, held at Andrés' acclaimed restaurant, FISH.
- Island Food Tour – A guided culinary adventure through Nassau, led by Michael Symon, with stops at celebrated local restaurants like Bon Vivants, Solemar, Wild Thyme, and The London Tapas & Cocktail Bar.
Alongside its lineup of internationally acclaimed chefs, NPIWFF highlights the rich culinary culture of the Bahamas, featuring top local chefs, eateries, and the resort’s own renowned culinary team and mixologists. Among the participating Atlantis Paradise Island restaurants and bars are Paranza, an Italian gem from Michelin-starred chef Michael White; Café Martinique, a reimagined French dining experience; Shake Shack Atlantis, the first-ever resort-based location offering specialty menu items and a full bar; Silan, a Mediterranean-inspired eatery from James Beard Award-winning chef Alon Shaya; Carmine’s, known for its hearty Southern Italian dishes crafted by Chef Glenn Rolink; and The Dilly Club, a zippy cocktail bar with a vibrant nightlife scene.
The festival also shines a spotlight on Bahamian culinary talent, and features local chefs, restaurateurs and food entrepreneurs. Participating establishments include Bon Vivants, Kitchen Culture, Mudda Freeze, The New Duff, Wild Thyme Restaurant & Bar, The Poop Deck Sandyport and more.
Beyond providing participants with world-class cuisine and entertainment, the festival also serves to support a meaningful cause by generating awareness of and donating proceeds to the Atlantis Blue Project Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting marine life and preserving endangered ocean habitats throughout The Bahamas and the Caribbean.
