El Embajador, a Royal Hideaway Hotel is celebrating its unique guests with the help of renowned fashion photographer Scott Schuman.
Following the success of the debut of The Guest List at the Royal Hideaway Playacar in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, Schuman has once again joined forces with Barcelo Hotel Group's Royal Hideaway Luxury Hotels & Resorts to showcase guests at the recently-renovated El Embajador in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
This time around, Schuman, also known as the founder of the fashion blog The Sartorialist, has aimed to capture guests who personify the five-star hotel's urban luxury.
"A hotel's guests are closely tied to the vibes it gives off," said Schuman. "Certain places in the world are able to represent the local culture of their surroundings, and El Embajador is without a doubt one of those destinations."
The hotel has solidified itself as a Caribbean icon over the course of its 62-year history, hosting prominent members of the Kennedy family and various political summits as well as starring in scenes from Francis Ford Coppola's "The Godfather Part II."
Fashion icons like Carolina Herrera and Oscar de la Renta have also cemented the property's stellar reputation.
The ultimate goal behind The Guest List campaign is to provide guests with the one-of-a-kind feeling of being immortalized by a legend in a timeless destination.
