This is why HBX Group has decided to launch The Luxurist. As an independent venture, we will be able to offer integrated concierge services, dedicated support before and throughout each journey, and ensure excellence for both advisors and their clients in the luxury segment.
Added Luxurist CEO David Amsellem: The luxury travel industry has long operated on fragmented systems that do not match the level of excellence high-end clients expect. We are changing that by creating a platform thats as sophisticated and exceptional as the experiences it helps create.
In addition to access to 3,300 properties, The Luxurist provides advisors with itinerary planning from start to finish, which is buttressed by AI; real-time inventory management and booking confirmation; a 24/27 concierge team; and exclusive hotel rates and amenities. ?
Traditionally, advisors spent two-to-three hours crafting itineraries for their clients, but The Luxurist platform reduces this to an average of 15 minutes, the company said. In just three months, the platform has onboarded 1,000 luxury travel advisors and is on track to reach 1,500 advisors soon.
