B-Corp certified tour operator Intrepid Travel and multimedia travel company Atlas Obscura created a new partnership to offer small-group Atlas Obscura Adventures, which replaces Atlas Obscuras tour segment.
The partnership comes at Atlas Obscura sees record interest and growth in small-group tours, and as more travelers demand off-the-beaten-path and responsible travel experiences, which Intrepid Travel has been committed to providing for decades.?

Atlas Obscura Adventures are capped at twelve travelers in a group. Many trips are either designed or led by Atlas Obscura experts. Itineraries range from 7-14 days long and are priced between $3,000 to $8,000 per person. There are currently 24 itineraries available.?
Itineraries for 2024 include exploring the hidden sides of Venice and Rome, a tour through Central Asias bazaars and less-visited areas and an exploration of Egypt that includes a private after-hours tour of the tombs at the Valley of the Kings.?
All trips have the same commitment to sustainability and respectful travel that Intrepid Travel is known for, including minimizing and offsetting carbon impact, visiting off-the-beaten-path attractions, highlighting at-risk cultural sites and traditions and supporting under-represented communities.?
The trips are available to book through the Atlas Obscura website and through direct sales channels.?
