Get here early as it's always jam-packed.</p><p><strong>A Gastown Classic:</strong> Catch 122 (122 West Hastings St.)</p><p>If you don't want to wait for the lineup at Top Notch, you can't go wrong with the entire menu at Catch 122 rolling in at $12 as a damn good way to start your day. From their truffle-scented mushroom omelet, or The Catch 122 consisting of scrambled eggs, house-smoked and cured wild salmon with dill creme fra?che, arugula, croissant, Yukon nugget potato hash or their eggs benedict, it is all out-of-this-world good.</p><p><strong><u>Plant Power Packers</u></strong></p><p><strong>Health Conscious on Budget:</strong> Lost + Found Caf (33 W. Hastings Street)<br />With a nice mix of locals and tourists, Lost + Found Caf is a bohemian-inspired space to evoke creativity while enjoying budget-friendly healthy eats and drinks. By far, the place visited most while in the city.</p><p><strong>Award-Winning Vegetarian Eats: </strong>Heirloom (1509 West 12th Avenue)</p><p>Since it's opening in 2012, the flood of people has not stopped. They offer quality eats for vegetarians, vegans, celiac and gluten-free eaters, and you will leave feeling like you got exactly what you paid for.</p><p><strong><u>24hr Delectable Diners</u></strong></p><p><strong>Classic Vintage Greasy Goodness:</strong> Lucy's Eastside Diner (2708 Main St.)</p><p>Everyone needs a 50's style vintage diner for those late nights out on the East End, and this one's a huge hit with all the greasy food we pretend we don't miss.</p><p><strong>Veggie 24-Hour fixings:</strong> The Naam (2724 W 4th Ave)</p><p>Don't worry vegetable eaters: This city thought of you when creating this badass vegetarian-friendly diner that's open 24-hours. Long gone are the days of having to go through late-night snack guilt. If you want a salad at 2 A.M., your prayers have been answered here.</p><p><strong><u>Pizza Forever</u><br />Ma-Ma Mia! A Top Pizzeria (and the optional beer):</strong> Pizzeria Farnia (915 Main Street)</p><p>For your authentic Italian, stone-oven fired pizza, run over to eat their pies and get transported to Naples. If beer would top it off, you're even allowed to bring your pizza in next door while having a pint at The Boxcar. Now, How amazing is that?</p><p><strong><u>Meat-aholics</u></strong></p><p><strong>Meat Eaters:</strong> Meat & Bread (370 Cambie St.)<br />A simple and delicious sandwich shop giving you exactly what the name entails-Meat, bread and, of course, all the quality fixings.</p><p><strong><u>Sushi Craze</u></strong></p><p><strong>Sushi-a-holics:</strong> Sushi Bar Maumi (1226 Bute St.)</p><p>If you love sushi (and we all do), you will be pleased to know that Vancouver is a sushi-loving capital full of some of the freshest seafood in the country. You will want to skip all other meals and only eat at Sushi Bar Maumi where their fish is directly imported from Japan.</p><p><strong><u>Desserts-R-Us</u><br />Wishing for Waffles:</strong> Nero Belgian Waffle Bar (1703 Robson St.)</p><p>Whether you go sweet or savory, you'll be pumped with an endorphin-charged sugar rush. You can never go wrong with the classic Brussels Waffle.</p><p><strong>I Scream for Ice Cream:</strong> Earnest Ice Cream (102-1926 West 4th Avenue, Kitsilano)</p><p>From vegan to cream, classics to seasonal surprises, you will want to have a double scoop of everything. Choices include Bourbon Peach, Peanut Butter + Jam and Miso Ginger. In all, you have over 60 flavors to choose from.</p>
