Michel Roux, a two Michelin-starred chef, will host four culinary-themed sailings with Cunard in Norway in 2025.
The chef will return for an exclusive series of Le Gavroche at Sea residencies aboard Queen Anne and Queen Mary 2 between April and August next year.?
Roux will take over The Verandah aboard Queen Mary 2 during sailings through the Norwegian fjords departing April 6 and August 31. He will also host a residency in Sir Samuels aboard Queen Anne for fjord sailings departing May 11 and August 31.
"I am so excited to get back on board and showcase the beauty of Norwegian seafood to Cunard guests," Roux says.
Roux will also be launching an elevated seafood concept on both ships: Oysters at The Champagne Bar on Queen Mary 2 and Oysters at Carinthia Lounge on Queen Anne. Guests will be able to enjoy Norwegian seafood every night of the journey. He will also host live cooking demonstrations, lectures and book signing events.
