Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced plans for the aggressive expansion of its brand portfolio in India and the Southwest Asia region with a robust pipeline of eight new hotels expected to open in 2024. ?

Recent and upcoming hotel additions include:

• Ronil Goa- part of the JdV by Hyatt brand offering a collection of vibrant, independent hotels that are true reflections of urban neighborhoods. The hotel embraces the charm of Indo-Portuguese architecture, evoking the cozy ambiance of a boutique lifestyle property with 12 guest houses comprising 135 guestrooms, including four suites.
• Hyatt Regency Kasauli- close to Kasauli, the hotel is popular for holidays, weekend getaways and retreats. At an elevation of 5900 feet, it offers sweeping views with 89 rooms and suites, an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and a fitness center.
• Hyatt Regency Ghaziabad- located near industrial and commercial establishments and an affluent residential area. The hotel will feature 120 keys and approximately 19,000 square feet of event space making it ideal for hosting social events and business meetings.
• Hyatt Place Aurangabad- the first Hyatt hotel in Aurangabad will blend modern comforts with rich cultural heritage. The hotel will offer 150 rooms including six suites with an all-day restaurant and rooftop bar along with an outdoor swimming pool and fitness center.
• Hyatt Place Dhaka Uttara- the first Hyatt hotel in Bangladesh featuring 85 guestrooms including nine suites with views of the runway and city along with a fitness center and an infinity edge rooftop swimming pool. ?
• Hyatt Place Haridwar- a third Hyatt branded property in Uttarakhand and the first international hotel in the land of Ganges. Featuring 110 guestrooms, it will be conveniently located near popular local attractions and tourist destinations like the ghats, historic temples, gardens of Haridwar and the wildlife expeditions at Rajaji National Park. ?
• Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata- the first Hyatt Centric hotel in the city of joy redefining hospitality by seamlessly merging contemporary elegance with an adventurous touch. The hotel pays homage to the city's rich cultural tapestry, unveiling 93 carefully designed guestrooms, including seven suites. ?
• Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru �C the second Hyatt Centric hotel in the city located at Hebbal, a fast-growing business The lifestyle hotel will offer 152 rooms, suites and long-stay rooms along with an outdoor pool and fitness center. ?
