The buzzworthy Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club has officially opened its doors and docks to guests on Florida's Anna Maria Island.
The full-service boutique resort located in Holmes Beach on the island's eastern shore houses more than three dozen guestrooms and suites equipped with gourmet kitchens, a 50-slip marina and 2,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.
Amenities also include a resort-style swimming pool featuring a sun deck that extends into the marina and the on-site Eliza Ann's Coastal Kitchen restaurant and bar. Hungry or thirsty guests can also have dishes brought to their room or order a curated cooler for a day on the beach.
Guests arriving by water will be able to dock at the marina, which will also serve as the launching point for charter boats available for eco tours, guided fishing trips, family outings, sunset cruises and other excursions.
Stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking are also accessible from the marina.
Meanwhile, the Beach Club will provide guests with exclusive beach access along with all the important equipment like lounge chairs, umbrellas and beach toys.
Other island activities can be booked through Waterline's website. Examples include morning yoga sessions and the art of fish painting.
"Waterline seamlessly unites the island's Old Florida charm with new experiences, a modern coastal design and luxury amenities," said Tampa-based Mainsail Lodging & Development's president, Joe Collier in a statement. "Everywhere they look, visitors can expect to find the best of both worlds."
