Theres a new place to stay while visiting the Mile High City: the Kimpton Claret Hotel.
The new 190-room property opened its doors this week in Denvers Belleview Station neighborhood. Its the first hotel to open the neighborhood and one of the only lifestyle boutique hotels in South Denver.
Standing 19 stories tall, the hotel has 10,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as two culinary concepts: Saverina, an Italian-inspired eater on the ground floor, and Halo Rooftop Bar, an open-air cocktail bar with views of Colorados Rocky Mountains.

We are excited to open our doors as the first lifestyle boutique hotel in this area, says Keith Siebenaler, the general manager of the Kimpton Claret. Belleview Station is a destination on the rise as it is perfectly located between downtown Denver, the South Denver corridor and Cherry Creek State Park and really capitalizes on the live, work play trend in development. Our location in this vibrant neighborhood positions us to become a cultural hub for locals, frequent visitors and newcomers to the area.

The hotels interior design features a variety of textures and materials, from soft leather to cozy knits, as well as metal, wood, plaster and stone. Custom furniture and curated art help round out the decor.

This is the second Kimpton to open in Denver. The brand also has the Hotel Monaco Denver, which is located in a historic, 100-plus-year-old building downtown.
