Now is the perfect time to book a fall or winter getaway with Southwest Airlines.
The low-cost carrier launched its biannual three-day sale Tuesday, offering extra low fares on a slew of domestic and international routes.
That means now through Thursday at 11:59 p.m., travelers can book one-way domestic fares as low as $49 and one-way international fares starting at $59 (Fort Lauderdale to Belize).
Highlights include one-way nonstop flights between Nashville and New Orleans for $49, $79 one-way nonstop flights between Dallas and San Francisco and one-way nonstop flights between Chicago and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina starting at $99.
Examples of stellar international deals include $99 one-way nonstop flights from Los Angeles to Los Cabos, Mexico and one-way nonstop flights between L.A. and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico starting at $109.
The domestic fare sale excludes Friday and Sunday departures but is valid for travel from October 31 through December 19 and from January 3, 2018, through February 14, 2018.
Meanwhile, discounted international fares are available on Tuesday and Wednesday flights for travel from October 31 through December 13 and January 10, 2018, through March 2, 2018.
Travel to or from San Juan, Puerto Rico is also available October 31 through December 7 and January 16, 2018, through March 1, 2018.

Blackout dates for domestic and Puerto Rico travel include November 21-22 and November 25-27 while blackout dates for international travel include November 21-22.
The discounted rates are closely aligned with flight distance so travelers can expect to score the cheapest fares on the shortest routes in most cases.
On October 26, Southwest flights will be bookable through August 10, 2018.
