Hernn Griccini, Executive Chef of The Fives Downtown Hotel, and guests chefs will dazzle the taste buds for all who experience Food Nights.
Some examples of items featured on the different menus include the catch of the day with aguachil of xcatic peppers and chipiln, warm brie cheese with organic beet salt and orange emulsion, smoked rustic broth with corn dough balls stuffed with sweetbreads, braised rib roast at low temperature with humita and quelites and pumpkin millefeuille roasted with chiapaneco coffee ice cream.

The first Foodies Night kicked off on March 15 with a focus on Argentinian food. Chef Griccini took lead here.
Other Foodies Night this spring are:
- March 29 with Guest Chef Eugenio Villafa?a, who is the chef and owner of Xquitelicious Restaurant
- April 12 with Chef Griccini
- April 26 with Guest Chef Eva Millan, who is the chef of the Restaurant Koba in Mayakoba.
Both guest chefs will feature their own four-handed menu, which is sure to delight. Chef Griccini will have a Mexican foodie theme on April 12.
